What I Ask Every Client Now

- Who actually does the engineering calculations? A sales rep with a binder of load tables, or an engineer who reviews your site plan and signs off? Per FTC guidelines (ftc.gov), performance claims need substantiation—make sure it comes from an engineer, not a brochure.
