Also, the physics doesn't scale down. A 200 m² wall exerts the same concrete pressure per square meter as a 20,000 m² project. The deflection limits are the same. The safety factors are the same. Concrete doesn't care about your company size.

So when you're small, you have less margin, identical engineering requirements, and fewer resources to fix a failure. That's exactly why the person with the smallest order should be the most careful—not the least.

"But Suppliers Don't Care About Small Orders"

I know what some of you are thinking: "Nice advice, but suppliers don't care about small orders anyway. The Doka rep won't even return my call for a 200 m² project."

Fair. That happened to me too in the early years. But here's what I learned: the catalogue doesn't check your company size. It doesn't ask for a PO number before it opens. The load tables, compatibility matrices, and system selection guides are there whether you're ordering 50 m² or 50,000 m².
